The restaurant SKOPSKI MERAK is situated on the ground floor of the hotel SKOPJE in the most beautiful district in Skopje on the st. Andon Dukov No. 27 (Debar Maalo), opposite of the ZOO, only 200 meters of the American embassy, 10-15 minutes walking distance to the downtown. It is a small and pleasant restaurant with a capacity of 50-55 guests where Macedonian’s national meal is served, with the famous broths, that no real inhabitant of Skopje can avoid at the day beginning, different grill specialties as well as pans and ready meals, for what the Macedonian’s kitchen is well-known. A part of our offer are Mediterranean meals, with different salads, pastas and rice specialties, prepared after the original Mediterranean recipes. We are especially pride on the wide selection of the fresh see fishes, that is more and more frequently applied in our kitchen and in the our visitor wishes.

The name SKOPSKI MERAK exist for 16 years (if you would like to find out more about it, click here) as we began with this business, full of enthusiasm. We decided, to have a success in the business, and, to reach new standards in the restaurants business. We still have this enthusiasm. We will lead this business further, and we hope that also our children will continue it.
